Mr. Cervantes was born in East Los Angeles, California in 1955. He graduated from Garfield High School in 1973. He attended East Los Angeles College from 1975 to 1978 while working full time. Determined to become the first attorney in his family, Mr. Cervantes transferred to The University of California Los Angeles in 1978 and graduated in 1981 with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. In 1981 he was accepted to one of California's top 2 ranked law schools, Hastings School of Law, and graduated in 1984. Between 1985 and 1987 Mr. Cervantes worked for several small law firms, honing his skills in Family, Criminal and Personal Injury law. In 1987 he opened his own law office.2002 marks the 17th year that Mr. Cervantes has been practicing law. He prides himself on a loyal client base that continually refers their family and friends to his practice. Mr. Cervantes and his staff are bi-lingual in Spanish.
